Return Policy

Your item must be in original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return this item within 7 days of purchase.

Returns

Our warranty is valid for 7 days. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Items that have been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of merchandise that are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

Gift Card

Downloadable Software Products, Some Health and Personal Care Products. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Books with obvious signs of use

Any item not in original condition may be damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours.

Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is issued. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hkupec.info@gmail.com

Promotional items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are refundable, unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same product, please send an email to hkupec.info@gmail.com and send your item to Unit C, 9/F, Phase 1, Goldfield Industrial Building, 144-150 Dalian Pai Road, Kwai Fong, New Territories

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. The gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.
